We are unable to accept insurance for our counseling services. Our licensed counselors who provide services in Maryland and Virginia are able to provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. To determine if you may be able to receive reimbursement, you can call your insurance provider and ask if they provide “out of network mental health benefits.” We are unable to guarantee reimbursement of sessions, but we do have many clients who submit super bills and successfully receive partial reimbursement from their insurance provider. We provide individual counseling for adolescents, teenagers, and adults. We also offer marriage and family counseling services.

Our counselors specialize in biblically-based counseling for trauma. We also provide trauma-informed care for a wide range of common counseling concerns such as anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, spiritual struggles, and more.

Our trauma-informed counseling services are rooted in our Christian faith. However, individuals of all faith backgrounds and beliefs are invited to participate in counseling.

All of our counseling is offered virtually through secure, video conferencing sessions. We have found online counseling to be a convenient and effective option for people. In most situations, online counseling can be just as successful as in-person counseling. However, online counseling is not the best option for every situation, such as for people in immediate crisis. In limited situations, we may offer a referral for in-person counseling, if we believe that will be a better fit for your needs.

We offer counseling for a wide range of struggles including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, chronic illness and chronic pain, parenting, life transitions, relational conflict, spiritual concerns, maternal mental health, and more.
